Who am I
I am an experienced Attorney-at-Law with more than 30 years of practice in intellectual property law, business strategy, brand development, contract law, and commercial legal advisory. My work is situated at the intersection of law, strategy, branding and innovation, with a strong emphasis on leveraging legal tools to drive business development and strengthen competitive advantage.
I hold an LL.M. from Stockholm University and is authorized to represent clients before the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in matters relating to trademarks and designs. In addition, I hold a Diploma in Marketing Economics from EFL Executive Education at Lund University, which allow me to offer a rare combination of legal expertise and strategic business insight.
Drawing on extensive experience from technology-driven industries, I advise on the development and management of intellectual property portfolios, enforcement of rights in trademarks, designs, and domain names, and the strategic use of IP to support branding, innovation, and market positioning. My advisory services are marked by a strong commercial focus, helping businesses navigate legal complexities while aligning with operational goals and long-term value creation.
I have successfully led global IP teams and worked in close partnership with Communications, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D functions to deliver integrated and actionable IP strategies. I am a frequent speaker and trainer on topics such as IP strategy, brand protection, and legal risk management, regularly engaged by industry associations, corporate teams, and innovation-driven enterprises.
